In response to the ‘dual pandemics’ of COVID and racial injustice, coupled with the early findings from the Census 2020, VNAF launches its Inclusion Grants program, and awards multi-year grants totaling more than $1 million for the first time in a given year. To enhance relationships with grantees and reduce their burden, VNAF eliminates grant reports and replaces them with “reporting conversations” held on Zoom.
