Resources
The VNA Foundation values partnership with, and encourages access to, the many associations and organizations that help keep our community healthy and strong. Below are links to some useful resources that may benefit your work or your understanding of our community.
Jefferson Lansdale Hospital Dental Care Access Program
The VNAF is proud of the Jefferson Lansdale Hospital Dental Care Access Program, a partnership with Jefferson Health and Montgomery- Bucks Dental Society, where approximately 60 participating local dentists provide affordable, neighborhood-based dental care to hundreds of adults and children in the North Penn region.
Bucks-Mont Collaborative
The Bucks-Mont Collaborative is the only organization in the region bringing community stakeholders to the table on a monthly basis to better meet Health and Human Service needs. The Collaborative is a catalyst for action, engaging members and the broader community to foster a cohesive and effective health and human services system in the region encompassed by Bucks County and much of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
Your Way Home Montgomery County
Your Way Home Montgomery County was established as the county’s unified and coordinated housing crisis response system for families and individuals experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of homelessness. The vision of the Your Way Home program is to make the experience of homelessness in Montgomery County rare, brief and non-recurring.Regional Foundation Center
The Regional Foundation Center was founded in 1974 to provide local nonprofit organizations with free access to information on management, grantseeking, fund development, and proposal writing. Ours is the Greater Philadelphia region’s largest public information collection of print and electronics available on all aspects of fundraising, institutional advancement, and general philanthropy.Philanthropy Network Greater Philadelphia
Philanthropy Network Greater Philadelphia is the leadership and service hub where regional philanthropy comes together to learn, connect, and take action. The VNAF is proud to be a member of this important resource for the community, and to actively participate in its Montgomery County Funders network as well.
