The VNA Foundation of Greater North Penn is founded after the sale of the North Penn Visiting Nurse Association, with a mission to promote health in the communities formerly served by the NPVNA. The VNAF focuses its giving on Health Access, Basic Health Needs, Collaboration and Capacity Building.
