JOANNE KLINE

What do you love about the greater North Penn region?
I have always appreciated the strong sense of community and collaboration present within the North Penn region. While offering many strong resources, I believe the region’s greatest strength remains within the various communities and nonprofit networks across North Penn, as they come together so often in resolving challenges and local needs.
What other roles, personal and/or professional, have you played that help inform your Board service?
Prior to coming to the VNA Foundation in 2014 as the founding director, I was fortunate to have spent over 35 years working within Montgomery County government, the nonprofit sector, and serving on numerous community boards to manage and support a wide range of aging and human service programs. It has been a true joy to have continued to serve this foundation as program associate in recent years, and to now support this foundation through board service.
What has been the most meaningful part of your connection to the VNA Foundation?
I have loved watching this foundation evolve and expand its impact through a myriad of community partnerships and in developing meaningful relationships with our grantees to strengthen and support their important work within this North Penn community.
